REFUNDS

All sales are final. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct size and color of your items. Due to the limited availability of styles (All Sales Are Final). We do not offer cancellations, We do not offer refunds.

EXCHANGES

Item(s) will be accepted for exchange as long as the item(s) is in new condition with tags in place. ANY damaged item(s) will not be accepted. Please note that exchange shipping is at customer expense. Please reach out to us via email at info@theplasticsnyc.com within 14 consecutive days of delivery receipt.

In email please address Full Name, Order #,and concern. Due to limited availability of items an exchange may not be available and a store credit will be issuedPlease do not ship your items to our location with the intention to return the item and receive a refund without emailing us for approval.

Upon arrival at The Plastics Warehouse, all return items are inspected. The Plastics NYC LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion , to determine if returned merchandise is in a salable condition. If for any reason merchandise is not in a salable condition and/or "do not remove tags" are removed customer will not be able to exchange item/receive store credit and will be responsible for shipping return cost.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

The Plastics NYC LLC is not responsible for any packages that become stolen or lost during transit. It is the responsibility of the recipient to locate their package. If a package does end up lost or stolen, we recommend immediately contacting the shipping carrier for more information. We also highly advise you to select trustworthy delivery addresses where someone you can trust can receive and sign the package once it arrives.
