Politique d’expédition

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. All shipping will take up to 5 business days after processing via UPS/USPS (not including holidays or weekends)

Standard Shipping: 5 business days AFTER PROCESSING

When you first place an order you'll receive a confirmation email and when your order is shipped you'll receive an email with tracking information.  

Pre-Ordered items will begin processing once items are in stock in warehouse according to dates given on specific pre-ordered item. Processing/Shipping dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances and customers will be given notice if date is different that original date given.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SENT OUT VIA DHL. SHIPPING TIME IS ESTIMATED TO BE 5 DAYS AFTER PROCESSING DEPENDING ON FINAL DESTINATION COUNTRY.

DUTIES & TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED AT CHECKOUT. ADDITIONAL FEES MAY APPLY AT CUSTOMS AND IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER NOT THE PLASTICS NYC LLC.
